Hi friends! Today I have a super yummy recipe that I will definitely be making again this week… they were THAT good. I made Extra Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas and it takes a while to actually cook the chicken, but it’s pretty much just like set it and forget it! You can even make this in the crock pot and eat as shredded chicken tacos as well, if you might happen to be a little too lazy to actually roll these, hey, I won’t judge! Super num-i-ness ahead:

Last Night’s Dinner: No-Boil Lasagna
Posted onReady for today’s recipe?! I have a very easy lasagna recipe to share today. I love this recipe because there is no need to fuss over boiling long pasta noodles before hand. You just layer, bake and eat! I also love this because the longer it sits the better it gets and you can eat off it for days!

This is how I make meat sauce, you can use this over pasta for a quick dinner or, how I use it, for lasagna or spaghetti casserole as well.
