So, a few days ago I was in a pickle. Hubby requested that I make him Bar-B-Que chicken and as often as I can I will definitely follow through with his requests. On this occasion it was a no brainier. So, I got to making everything, had the chicken in the oven (the grill has been permanently locked away since Jeremy got his new toy, more on that later) was getting the sides taken care of when it was time to start basting the chicken. I go into the fridge and reach for my trusty Sweet Baby Ray’s sauce and BAM it had disappeared. I was sure of it. I even looked to check in the pantry if I had placed in there (Sometimes I have brain farts, aight? Like the time I accidentally placed a bag of frozen veggies in the cabinet under the sink… 2 weeks later.. “What IS that smell?!”) on accident or if we had another bottle to open up…NOPE. So, of course, I went into a complete panic.. I had promised BBQ chicken and now I would have the break the news to him that he wouldn’t get what he was craving. So it dawned on me, make it yourself! DUH! And, here I have what I found, a great recipe! I don’t think I’ll have to buy that bottle stuff anymore!Pin It
