Hi guys! Today’s post I bring to you Spaghetti Casserole. This will combine the remaining Spaghetti Sauce that I posted earlier and the remaining Meatballs as well. This is SUPER simple and can be made very quickly and thrown in the oven to forget about OR a great make ahead meal! You can put this together, place it in the fridge and bake it when you’re ready! And it’s freakin’ delicious!
Let’s get these ingredients ready:
1 lbs Angel Hair noodles, cooked just under al dente
4 cups Spaghetti Sauce, store bought or pre-made
4-5 ea Meatballs
15 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 lbs Mozzarella, Shredded (I went a little crazy with the cheese, you can probably get away with half)
Garlic powder, oregano and Parmesan cheese for sprinkling.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Gather all the ingredient. Chop up the meatballs into little pieces. Mix 1/4 of the mozzarella with the meatballs, sauce, ricotta and noodles. Mix everything together until throughly combined.
Get a large pan I used a 13x9x2 and grease it. Place mixture into pan evenly.
Top with remaining mozzarella. Sprinkle evenly with a light coating of Parmesan, garlic powder and oregano.
Cover with foil. Be careful not to touching any of the cheese with foil.
Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to get a brown crust. You can also do this step under the broiler to speed up the process. I like to let this sit on the counter for at least 10 minutes to kind of let it set up. Then, scoop out and enjoy!
I hope you enjoyed this recipe for Spaghetti Casserole!
