Hi guys! I’ve been wanting to make this post about Fall Decor… now I have to say I am in no way and don’t claim to be close to an interior decorator. But, I thought I would just share a few pieces I’ve placed out this year to kind of make the home feel a little more festive. I hope you don’t find this silly but I just wanted to share, aight?!
Here is the outside of our home. The wreath we got was very cheap and I think it is just sooo cute! No, I didn’t make it, if only I could be this creative.
Our front door mat.
Now, leading inside I have a few more personal touches:

This I made, the flowers I got from Hobby Lobby and the vase was from TJ Maxx. I love the sunflowers the most!

This I made as well, just took a cake stand and filled it with some odds and ends. Pine cones, cinnamon sticks, a little decorative owl and some pieces of potpourri I thought were pretty. I put the top on and keep it on the dining room table. I love it!

This basket of apples I made. The basket it from a piece I use in the winter and had a fabric overlay attached. I took off the fabric and added pine cones, these fake apples and a few leaves. Our kitty liked it too!

This little guy I keep out all year long
(I have a thing for cows
but I think it gives a nice rustic feel to the space.
I hope you enjoyed this post, yes it is a little different than what I usually write about but I thought it would be fun to share. What are a few of your favorite staples to decorate with?! I’d love to hear. Now, off to get cozy with my honey and burn our evergreen candle…. if it would only get out of the 80′s here in Florida it might really feel like fall!
