Thin Mint Cupcakes, amazingly simple mint chocolate cupcakes topped with chocolate ganache!
Everyone loves Girl Scout® cookies, amiright?!
Well, I have some exciting news to share, Pillsbury™ has new Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes out! You can make Girl Scout® flavored treats at home!
I picked mine up on my shopping trip to Walmart, I found them in the baking aisle.
My personal favorite Girl Scouts® cookies are the Caramel & Coconut. But, since Jeremy is a huge fan of thin mints, I went ahead and made the Thin Mints® cupcakes! (Those blondies are up next though!!)
They are soon easy to make, you really can’t mess them up.
They have all the directions on the back of the box. You need to add a few things in with the mix but they are normal everyday items most people already have on hand.
I was never a Girl Scout® but I have always been obsessed with their cookies. I grew up with a passion for cooking, my family is a huge foodie family. So I was always getting my hands dirty in the kitchen. I think these Girl Scout® baking mixes from Pillsbury™would be so fun to make with little ones!
What I really love about these Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes is that everything comes in the box. The cupcake mix AND ganache. So you don’t have to buy multiple products.
I think they came out super pretty too, very impressive!
The cake itself is light and airy with the flavors of mint and chocolate. The ganache is what sets these over the top though! They really do taste like a Thin Mint®!
I put together a quick video about these new Girl Scout® baking mixes:
Pillsbury™ Girl Scouts® Baking Mixes contain no colors, preservatives, or artificial flavors. Which is always a huge plus! To save $1.00 on the purchase of one of these baking mixes, just click here!
I’m so excited for you to try out these new baking mixes. What is your favorite Girl Scout® cookie?
