This Pina Colada Bark is one of my favorites! It feels so tropical but yet so easy and delicious with minimal ingredients that come together in no time.
I have an affinity for things that are fruity and especially things that taste like one of my favorite summer drinks and this bark does not lack in flavor at all!
It is super delicious and once you have one piece you will see why! You won’t be able to stop munching on this, good thing it’s easy because you’ll want to be making this all the time.
This recipe is one that we usually whip up to have as a snack or bring along on car rides for something to munch on when we get a hankering for something sweet.
With easy-to-find ingredients, you really can’t go wrong with this Pina Colada Bark! It is just one of those recipes that since it is so simple you just can’t believe it tastes so good.

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS:

INGREDIENTS NEEDED (FULL RECIPE BELOW):
Almond bark
Dried pineapple
Toasted coconut
Yellow candy melts
HOW TO MAKE PINA COLADA BARK:
- Melt almond bark as instructed on the packaging. Mix in the pineapple and coconut.
- Pour into a 9/13 sized pan that is covered in foil.
- Melt the candy melts and add little dollops all over the white mixture. Using a toothpick, swirl the yellow into the white.
- Sprinkle on the garnishes and cover with plastic wrap. Allow to set up for about 4 hours.
- Break into chunks and enjoy!
How simple is this? Honestly, you can not screw this Pina Colada Bark up! It is such a simple recipe that getting the kids to help is absolutely fun, they love doing this kind of stuff.
The tropical flavors also work really well with the chocolate, they do not clash at all and it is just a great flavor combination that you won’t be able to resist.

This Bark Recipe can be stored in an airtight container or ziptop bag in a cool dark place where it will stay good for up to 2 weeks.

- Dried pineapple is readily available and can be found at your local grocer.
- You can easily double this batch to make more.
- Break your pieces as large or as small as you’d like.
