Hey hey Rina here. Has everyone defrosted yet? I am still working my way though it. The good news is Spring has sprung here in NY. All the little flowers are popping up out of the ground and I am just loving all the green and colors!

    This looks so good. It might even convince the bf that cauliflower is not the enemy.

    My husband loves cauliflower. I can’t stand it- but I’ve only tried it two ways (raw and steamed with parmesan). With the herbs and cooking method, this might work. I’m going to pin this right now!
