Back? Good! ( 😉 ) So, I’ve been experimenting with these new Nestle Toll House DelightFulls:
You guys know by now that I am a sucker for mint chocolate. So of course I immediately grabbed a couple bags of the Nestle Toll House DelightFulls in the Dark Chocolate Morsels with Mint Filling flavor. UGH, these are so good you can just snack on them like normal candy… sneak them into the movies… whatevs. (No, I am NOT condoning sneaking delicious treats into the movies… but do it.)
This mint cookies and cream bomb cake is just bursting with minty chocolatey goodness! Jeremy even said it was very refreshing… I’ll take it!
The recipe was inspired by Cookies and Cups.
Mint Cookies and Cream Bomb Cake Using Toll House Filled Morsels
Ingredients
- 84 Oreo cookies buy two family packs and you're covered
- 20 oz whipped topping
- 1/2 Cup Nestle Toll House DelightFulls Dark Chocolate Morsels with Mint Filling chopped
- 1/4 Cup peppermint mocha coffee creamer
- green food coloring
- Nestle Toll House DelightFulls Dark Chocolate Morsels with Mint Filling for garnish
Instructions
- In the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Layer 28 of the cookies. Taking the coffee creamer, brush each cookie lightly. Do not soak cookies.
- Layer 1/3 of the whipped topping. Place another layer of 28 cookies, repeating the coffee creamer step.
- In a medium sized bowl, take another 1/3 of the whipped topping. Place the chopped up Nestle Toll House DelightFulls Dark Chocolate Morsels with Mint Filling in the bowl. Use a tiny amount of green good coloring to dye the mix a minty green. Mix to combine. Layer on top of the cookies.
- Place a third and final layer of cookies, repeating the coffee creamer step. Top with remaining whipped topping. Cover and place in fridge at least 6 hours but it gets better if left overnight.
- Cut and serve, garnish with additional Nestle Toll House DelightFulls Dark Chocolate Morsels with Mint Filling and enjoy!

I couldn’t find the mint morsels at the grocery store. When I called Nestle’s, they told me their DelightFulls Filled Morsels have been discontinued!!
I substituted “Nabisco Oreo Thin Bites Fudge Dipped Mint Creme Mini Sandwich Cookies.” These worked just as well for this recipe!!
