Mint Fudge Recipe, creamy homemade white chocolate fudge loaded with Oreos and Andes mint pieces! The perfect fudge for the holiday season!
The holidays are just around the corner! That means you are about to get slapped with some amazing desserts! Once the holidays come we go on a nice baking spree!
I love fudge. I love Oreos and I love Andes mints and well, anything mint chocolate pretty much! So why not combine all my favorites together and create this Mint Fudge Recipe!
Yum, it just melts in your mouth! Excuse me while I drool, but if you knew my love of mint and chocolate then you would understand and if you do love them, you do understand!
One thing about this recipe is that it has minimal ingredients, who doesn’t love that. Another thing, it comes together quickly, the downside is it has to sit to set up, but totally worth it.
One of the hardest things about some recipes is waiting to eat them, but usually it is totally worth the wait and that does not change with this Mint Fudge Recipe at all.
This recipe is so fun to make for gatherings, holiday treat exchanges, or just to have around the house to munch on when you get that chocolate mint craving!
If you make any fudge this season, I highly recommend this one, creamy, crunchy with the Oreos and it is just a flavor explosion in your mouth.
Some of my other favorite mint and chocolate recipes we have on our site include: Mint Brownies, Mint Cookies and Cream Bomb Cake and Chocolate Peppermint Cake.
WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS:
- With minimal ingredients, this comes together quickly.
- You can double this recipe to serve more people or have at gatherings.
- You can switch out with Mint Oreos for an even more mint flavor.

HOW TO MAKE A MINT FUDGE RECIPE:
-
Place cream cheese and powdered sugar in a stand mixer with paddle attachment. Cream together then add in the vanilla and mix.
-
Over a double boiler, melt the white chocolate. Add to the stand mixer with the cream cheese and mix thoroughly. Color with food coloring to the green you like.
-
Add in 3/4 of the Oreo cookies and 3/4 of the Andes baking chips. Mix again until combined.
-
Press mixture into a 9×9 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Add the additional cookies and mints to the top and gently press in.
-
Place in fridge for 4 hours to set. Cut into small squares, serve and enjoy!
DO I HAVE TO USE OREOS?
No, you do not, we love the extra chocolate flavor in this recipe and we also love the texture contrast that it gives. You can leave it out if you’d like.
Other options, if you do want to include a cookie aspect, would be Thin Mint Cookies, Mint Oreos, or any other chocolate cookie that you’d like.
DO I HAVE TO USE ANDES CANDY PIECES?
While we want to add a mint aspect to this recipe the Andes Candy Pieces are what gives it this nice mint flavor. But you can use chopped-up Andies Candies.
Another way to add the mint flavor if you do not want to use the Andes is to add mint extract with the vanilla.
HOW TO STORE:
This can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator where it will keep for up to 1-2 weeks.
Placed in a freezer container or bag this can also be frozen. This will keep in the freezer for up to 3 months, let defrost in the refrigerator.
TIPS AND TRICKS:
- Swap out your regular Oreos for mint flavor.
- For more mint, you can add mint extract alongside the vanilla.
- This can be doubled in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- This needs time to set up so make sure that you give it at least 4 hours.
If you are looking for that fun and flavorful fudge to have this holiday season, you really can’t go wrong with this Mint Fudge Recipe!
