Embroidery Hoop Memo Board

Hi there, It’s Mellisa from The Life of a Craft Crazed Mom again sharing another fun and easy craft! There are so many different types of memo boards.  Chalkboards, dry erase boards, bulletin boards, so why not an embroidery hoop?    So simple, and so useful!!  Make one to match any room, just choose your fabric.  Cute, huh?

I happen to have a few of these embroidery hoops laying around and could never come up with a project for them.  Until now!  How cute is this?
My hoop was 18 inches in diameter, but you could use any size.  All I did was choose my fabric, than paint the hoop a coordinating color.
After laying my fabric on top of the inner circle I also laid the twine across.  While it was all in place,  I pushed my outer circle on and pulled my fabric tight.  I decided to add a burlap bow and of course, the mini clothespins to attach my notes.
Use to attach notes or just to display pictures.  Either way, I love the way it turned out and that I got to use up some materials that I’ve had laying around.  Give it try, it’s hard to mess this one up!!
