Hi everyone I have another grill recipe for you again today and it also happens to be chicken. I hope you don’t get sick of posts like this because grilled chicken is a staple around here this time of year! But, this time I stuffed it into a tortilla! Here is the recipe for the BEST grilled chicken tacos:
*This recipe was enough for two people but the amount of marinade I made can easily cover double the amount of meat listed in the ingredients. *
Ingredients
1 each Chicken Thigh, boneless skinless
1 each Chicken Breast, boneless skinless
2 Tbls Sugar, granulated
1 Tbls White Vinegar
1 Tbls Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients except for the chicken in a small bowl and either together or mix with a fork.
Place the chicken in a gallon sized plastic bag and pour marinade on top. Massage into the chicken with the bag closed until it is evenly covering the meat. Let this sit in the fridge for at least an hour up to 3 hours.
Get your grill hot and grill the chicken over medium heat until the internal temperature is at least 165 degrees.
Take it off the grill, slice it up and stuff it into tortillas. Add your favorite toppings and your done! How easy was that?! Thanks for reading!
